PAS members who took part in the demonstration in front of the Selangor PAS headquarters in Shah Alam yesterday will face disciplinary action, said its disciplinary committee chairman Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man.

“If it is proven any PAS member was involved, severe disciplinary action will be taken but so far we have found that they are not (PAS members), including the group's spokesman ( Wan Hilman Abdul Rahim) ," he told reporters here today.

The demonstrators numbering some 20 people had demanded that PAS leave the ruling Pakatan Rakyat coalition in Selangor.

On another matter, Tuan Ibrahim said there was no truth to rumours going around that the party had taken disciplinary action against Selangor PAS commissioner Dr Hasan Ali and Hasan's former deputy Khalid Samad.

He said their cases, pertaining to Selangor PAS matters, would be heard on Jan 7 and 9 respectively.
