Lawyers acting for Kelantan prince Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra have submitted three court judgments to the Indonesian Embassy, to compel his estranged wife Manohara Odelia Pinot to comply with the rulings.

The documents were accepted today in Kuala Lumpur by minister counsellor Amiruddin Pandjaitan from lawyers Zainul Rijal Abu Bakar, Mohd Haaziq Pillay and Abdul Halim bin Bahari.

"There has been no cooperation from Manohara on this issue, we need their (Indonesian embassy's) help. They have promised to assist us where possible and to pass the documents to them (Manohara and Daisy)," said Zainul.

The judgments were the outcome of legal manohara and tengku actions filed by Tengku Fakhry ( left in photo ) after Monohara ( right in photo ) fled the country and accused the prince of abusing her.

On Nov 5 last year, the Kuala Lumpur High Court had allowed Tengku Fakhry to enter judgment in default in his RM105 million defamation suit against Manohara and her mother, Daisy Fajarina, after they failed to appoint counsel.

In another matter, the Kota Bahru Syariah High Court had ordered Manohara on Dec 13 to be loyal to her husband and compelled her to repay RM1,112,250 that she is said to owe the prince.

US embassy also approached

Zainul said a similar set of documents had been submitted to the US Embassy yesterday.

"Manohara's father is an American citizen and Manohara is said to have dual American and Indonesian citizenship. Therefore, we felt a need to deliver the judgments to the US embassy," he explained.

He further pointed out that officers from the US embassy in Singapore had assisted Manohara to leave the country for Indonesia.

When asked what lawyers would do if Manohara fails to comply, Zainul said it is too early to decide on any action.

The news of Manohara's dramatic ‘escape' grabbed headlines both in Indonesia and Malaysia last June when she fled from her husband, during a visit to Singapore where the Kelantan sultan was seeking treatment.

After fleeing to Jakarta, Manohara claimed that she had been abused sexually, physically and emotionally by her husband of nine months. He has denied the claims.
