PAS Youth secretary Khairul Faizi Ahmad Kamil today clarified that the video montage that appeared yesterday night's opening ceremony was not intended as a campaign ploy for Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, who is contesting the party deputy president post.

NONE In his short speech in national PAS Youth general assembly this morning, he said: "If the video has created any uneasiness, I wish to apologise."

Khairul ( left ) explained that the video was prepared early, even before Tuan Ibrahim has confirmed his intention to contest. "We were unable to re-edit the video at last minute."

The 10-minute-long video was showed last night after PAS Youth chief Nasrudin Hassan Tantawi made his opening speech.

It depicted the struggle of PAS Youth - however only three leaders were featured inside - Nasrudin, party chief Hadi Awang and Tuan Ibrahim.

This sparked speculation that the video was made to campaign for Tuan Ibrahim, who is now challenging incumbent Nasharuddin Mat Isa and another candidate, Mohamad Sabu.
