vox populi small thumbnail Ng Boon Hock: What kind of stupid decision is that? If Felda chairperson Isa Samad's membership to Koperasi Permodalan Felda (KPF) is illegal, then Isa is not a member. It's as simple as that.

Wira: If Isa is an illegal member, it means his appointment as an official of the cooperative is also illegal. Why does the cooperative need a by-law to sack an illegal chairperson?

Malaysia Cooperative Societies Commission (MCCC), you are exposing yourself to ridicule because of your moronic explanation.

Ipoh2: This clearly stinks of political meddling. If Isa's membership is illegal then his membership is automatically null and void.

There is no need to sack him. He can't even be a member in the first place. Any other cooperative would have been deregistered if such things were to happen.

Tpn: The membership entry is illegal but he remains a member so he cannot be sacked.

This is akin to telling a robber that once he is in a house, he cannot be ejected. This is what you call Malaysia Boleh.

CT Tee: If it is ruled 'illegal', it has to mean that Isa is not a member. Therefore the question of sacking does not even arise at all. It is as clear as daylight.

Ksn: What sort of logic is this? There is no provision for the man to become a member and his membership is therefore illegal, but after becoming a member, there is no provision to sack him?

If his entry is illegal in the first place, then he is never a member. You do not need a provision in the by-laws to sack him as he is not a member to start with.

Full of Crap : Malaysia has two sets of laws - one for the elites, and one for others not on their list. The MCCC is nothing but a joke.

If it is illegal, then Isa's membership is null and void, which means he has never been a member. That means automatic disqualification as a member without a doubt.

Ketuanan Rakyat : This is again the Umnoputras' 1Malaysia. They have one set of rules for Umnoputras and another for the rest.

Umnoputras can get away with millions, or even billions of ringgit, and yet they are not at fault in Bolehland.

DAP aide Teoh Beng Hock lost his life in an investigation on a bill totalling a few thousand ringgit. In fact, in 1Malaysia Umnoputras, they can even get away with 'murder' if they know the right people.

Sabahan: The MCCC is just following Umno's rules. In the same way, illegal immigrants may have entered Malaysia illegally, but once they are in Malaysia, they cannot be sent back.

So the next best thing is to make them voters for BN.

Satu Malaysian: This is indeed intriguing, or perhaps this is some kind of an April Fool's joke. Who are these clowns from the MCCC? And why do you need a panel to make this kind of decision?

This is like telling an illegitimate child, "Since this is the man who raped your mother, you have to accept him as your father." So what else is new?

Probes against Taib, Musa 'yet to be resolved'

Anoymous: Come on Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) panel, you can't even answer what is happening with Sarawak and Sabah chief ministers Abdul Taib Mahmud and Musa Aman's cases after the issues had been in public domain for so long, backed with so much evidence.

Whereas PKR deputy president Azmin Ali's case was hardly a few days old and revealed by blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin in UK and you can act super fast.

What do you call this behaviour, and don't you think it's double standards?

Lim Chong Leong : MACC did not interrogate these two warlords overnight like they did with DAP's Teoh Beng Hock. Otherwise the two would have spilled all the beans and confessed to high heaven.

They would have been so ashamed that they would have jumped out the window, of course after having written a suicide note.

MACC is clearly Umno's stooge, which is more obvious than the butt dancers.

Doc: Former minister Shahrizat Abdul Jalil has already been cleared by MACC. It's a matter of time before our super-efficient MACC clears Taib and Musa Aman of all wrongdoings.
