BN can regain two-thirds only through massive fraud

Pak Lah confident of big win for BN in GE
Kingfisher:
This apparently amiable man was given a huge mandate in his first election as prime minister (in 2004), but he "slept through" his administration and lost out on a golden opportunity to put Malaysia on the path to good governance.
The opportune moment has gone, but I hope the decline can be arrested.
Haveagreatday: I see, our ex-PM has woken up from his slumber to make a prediction before GE13. It is of no consequence really for even among the Umnoputras believe his opinion commands as much respect as any John Doe.
Magnus: "I am confident that the BN can win a two-thirds majority for we have worked very hard," said former PM Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
It's good to see Pak Lah being his relaxed self and speaking tongue in cheek as usual. Those quiet fishing trips must have done him good.
Dood: Yes, so says the man who infamously lost Umno-BN its two-thirds majority and who had to step down after his coalition's worst election result in decades.
Rolling Thunder: Our sleeping ex-PM Pak Lah was just as confident before March 8, 2008. But what actually happened? A political tsunami and BN lost its two-thirds majority. This time around, it could be a super tsunami.
BN could lose Putrajaya; its occupants and cronies would have to go on trial for massive corruption, rampant abuse of power, and even a grisly murder.
We might as well ask a fortune teller sitting under a shady banyan tree by the roadside for a more reliable prediction.
Not Convinced: BN to regain its two-thirds majority? Pak Lah, dream on. Indeed, BN can win big but only through massive fraud. That, we will have to watch out for in GE13.
Anonymous_3f4b: My take is that BN will win the general elections and remain the federal government albeit without a two-thirds majority.
The difference in majority will be about 20 to 30 seats. As for the state governments, BN will retain control of all states it currently have and also retake Kedah. Perak will remain in BN hands as the Perakians anger has all but dissipated.
BN will win more seats in Penang but DAP will still form the government. Same as in Kelantan. Selangor will be touch and go. Whoever wins, it will be with a close margin but BN has the edge.
Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah and Sarawak will remain with BN although the opposition will take some extra seats here and there. Pahang, Perlis and Terengganu will still be with BN with a sound majority.
Black Mamba: Pak Lah obviously don't want Pakatan to rule Putrajaya as a win for the opposition will open the Pandora Box on Limbang oil fields given away to Brunei during his tenure and the accumulation of wealth by his tycoon son and son-in-law, the Oxford kid who make his millions by virtue of his patronage on the 4th floor.
Anonymous-BP: Because of his son-in-law's prospect, he has to say good things to BN. It's better for Pak Lah to carry on sleeping, as according to PM Najib Razak, Khairy Jamaluddin is not a winnable candidate.
Ericlcc: Yes, BN is really working very hard even at this late hour when its mandate already expired - working for a clean sweep of all the mega projects and contracts, and in the process condemning the people to generations of debt repayment.
Yes, Pak Lah could have been a great PM had he been bold enough to castigate his ex-boss, allow authorities to investigate the linkages between Najib and Altantuya Shaariibuu, implement IPCMC (Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission), throw out the fourth floor boys including his son-in-law and sacked all his so-called "special officers".
Changeagent: Pak Lah is confident of a big win for BN in GE? Funny, that's exactly what he said before the last GE.
Mahashitla: Pak Lah, are you telling us that you were a useless PM who could not carry out your own transformation plans? Or were you sabotaged by Mahathir along with your then deputy, now PM Najib, who not only did not assist you but was hastening your downfall?
The Iskandar region and the developing corridors were your ideas but were sabotaged by Mahathir after you cancelled his crooked bridge and the double-tracking rail contract.
Today, land in the Iskandar region is being sold like hot cakes to many countries, including Singapore but Mahathir did complain about the Malays losing their land and being chased away.
By the way, where is your book to counter Mahathir's accusations on all those blunders made by you? Is Najib stopping you from publishing your rebuttals due to GE13 or are you still afraid of Mahathir?
I thought, where righteousness is concerned, surely Pak Lah has a stronger backbone than Mahathir.
Anonymous #76965586: Why do they keep saying that the only choice left for rakyat is BN? Why those people never mention that BN is very corrupted and they can't handle this problem in the past, now and the future?
Perhaps, their only way to win is through threatening the rakyat. If they are good, will the rakyat desert them?
They are indeed hopeless. Ask anybody on the street about the corruption of BN and you will get only one answer. Guess what it is?
