Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia (SAMM) chairperson Badrul Hisham Shaharin has been ordered to appear before the Petaling Jaya magistrate’s court tomorrow, to be charged under the Peaceful Assemblies Act for organising the PJ Black 505 rally on May 25 without giving prior notice.
