The 29-year-old woman who is embroiled in a RM600,000 suit with a Bosnian permanent resident has denied his claims made in a writ of summons.

Ervin Ahbabovic had filed a suit at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court yesterday demanding RM600,000 and alleging that she wanted his sperm to birth a "superior" offspring.

He also described a very difficult relationship. The couple got together in 2008 and have a son.

The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, strenuously denied his claims and in turn, alleged that Ahbabovic was an abusive man, a fraudster and a liar.

"Clearly, he is taking the action to extort money from me. I have instructed my lawyers to look into the matter, including the publication of articles defamatory to me," she told Malaysiakini .

She said she wanted images of her removed until the truth is ascertained and also claimed that Ahbabovic had several police reports lodged against him in the past for abuse.

The woman also suggested that claims against Ahbabovic were also brought to MCA Public Complaints Bureau chairperson Michael Chong.

She also denied Ahbabovic's claims that her sexual desires were "beyond normal boundaries".
