Baffled by BN's insistence of refusing to engage with the opposition, its leader Anwar Ibrahim has taken a page out of Umno-owned daily Utusan Malaysia , asking, "Apa lagi Umno mahu?"
The Pakatan Rakyat leader added: "We proposed a debate with Umno and they rejected, we proposed a dialogue and they rejected.
"They (Umno) ask, apa lagi Cina mahu? So, now I ask them, apa lagi Umno mahu?"
Anwar (

) said this a press conference after launching Sabah PKR's new headquarters in Kota Kinabalu this evening.
However, Anwar said, he, together with DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang and PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang had yesterday met and decided to renew the offer for national dialogue between Pakatan and BN.
Anwar said the discussion had nothing to do with a unity government and is to address issues such as religious bigotry, economy, crime and corruption.
"(Prime Minister) Najib (Abdul Razak) has not responded but some Umno leaders are just hysterical. It is just a call for dialogue in a democratic institution so I find it really odd (that BN is reluctant).
"I remain cautiously optimistic that they would appreciate the fact that national issues would warrant them to have discussions (with us)," he said.
While stressing that Pakatan is still protesting the last general election which was allegedly ridden with fraud, Anwar said the two coalitions had been battling for too long.
"It is time to find formulas to solve outstanding issues affecting the people," he said.
