Attorney-General Abdul Gani Patail should explain the reasons for not appealing against the acquittal of former transport minister Ling Liong Sik over the Port Klang Free Trade Zone (PKFZ) fiasco, said Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
