Umno to remind voters on Anwar's 'sex issues'

Jiminy Qrikert: Umno information chief Ahmad Maslan, excellent strategy. You have outdone everyone in PKR in rallying PKR and Pakatan Rakyat supporters to defend DSAI (Anwar Ibrahim).

Not only that but there are also many BN supporters, especially Malays disgusted by such filthy tactics, who will swing to Pakatan because this whole sex charges ‘sandiwara’ against DSAI was proven twice to be rigged and yet Umno is still at it.

Umno must think that Kajang is full of rural Malay voters who can easily be hoodwinked. Indeed, Ahmad Maslan is insulting his own ‘ketuanan Melayu’ race.

Mohican: Ahmad Maslan, if you are true to your faith you must also remind voters in Kajang about Umno's corruption, abuse of power, murder of a foreigner in Malaysia and its other evil and disgusting ways.

Alas, you are not save a dishonest and untrustworthy politician. What a gutless and shameless character.

Corgito Ergo Sum: Is this not sub judice ? Who cares. The people are quite sure who they will vote for.

Multi Racial: The more Umno focus on sex, the more it convince us Umno has nothing good to show to Malaysians. Their strategy is to camouflage their failures by discrediting others with any means including lying.

Well, it may have worked in the past but now it won't.

WDA: BN has a good chance to make an impact in this by-election if it shows some dignity. But if they are going to highlight alleged sex issues as the "truth", they might as well kiss goodbye to their slim chances.

They tried it at the Permatang Pauh by-election and they failed miserably. Don't forget, the BN candidate will most probably come from MCA, which was as recently led by the infamous Chua Soi Lek.

His antics are the "real" thing. So think twice before you use the "sex" card.

Shanandoah: Ahmad Maslan is actually campaigning for Anwar. The more one talks about sodomy trials, the greater the respect for Anwar because of the way he was treated.

Cocomomo: This shows how desperate and frightened Umno is that they have to resort to such sick methods to try to win. Kajang constituents, show your disgust by helping Pakatan win with an even bigger margin.

Behsaikong: This will remind the people what kind of federal government we have. And all its broken GE13 campaign promises. They think that since GE13 is over they could do whatever they like.

Even parliament question-time is taken lightly. Suddenly they have to face a barrage of questions and that too from Anwar, the one political leader they dread most.

The Kajang by-election is a bonus. Now BN cannot choose to stay silent on the critical issues that we the people care about: fundamental liberties, price hikes, the national economy, auditor-general's reports...

Now we will get to hear BN's explanation.

LogicalMalaysian: Ahmad Maslan is going to shoot his own foot. When he opens a can of worms, there is nothing stopping others to do the same.

If he thinks the by-election is a waste of time and funds, then what about the one when Umno’s Abu Hassan Omar resigned his minister's and MP's post to contest state elections and then was appointed Selangor MB?

You see how stupid these people can get? As for the "sex" case, Ahmad Maslan is simply out of sync. He should know that the BN government is suffering from a serious credibility problem and raising this issue is simply going to backfire.

Kajang is not Pasir Salak or some rural area.

Not Confused: This clearly shows that BN and its pathetic band of thieves are also perverts and think of nothing else but sex. Not one of them are remotely capable of debating real, serious issues that are confronting the country.

Their only forte is to bad mouth everyone who doesn't agree with them. Such intellectually-challenged people do themselves no favours - the rakyat are much more tuned in to their below-the-belt propaganda.

Fair Play: The more things change, the more they remain the same. So is BN (and Umno) and their recycled tactics of using race, religion and now sex.

Pray tell the rakyat how would these three campaigning tactics help the rakyat to understand, and more importantly to mitigate, the full onslaught of the slew of price hikes, depreciating ringgit and imported inflation?

It looks like a landslide victory for DSAI is in the card if he keeps focusing on bread and butter issues that are near and dear to the ordinary rakyat.

Debater: Pierre Elliot Trudeau. the former PM of Canada, once said that "the government had no business in its citizens' bedrooms". And that is it.

BN had no policies or initiatives in government but forever harping of trivial matters, and also playing with fire with the promotion of hate and racism.

Changeagent: I think I am beginning to see the wisdom of the so-called ‘Kajang move’. Put Anwar in the centre, front and back of everything Pakatan does and watch Umno self-destruct with more false accusations of sex, sex and more sex.

Provoke Umno into putting him in jail over fabricated sodomy charges and then watch him become a political martyr like Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi. This truly can be a game-changing move for the next GE.
