'Terrorism also looked into in club bombing'

The authorities are looking into all angles in the bombing of a nightclub in Kuala Lumpur early this morning, including possible elements of terrorism, Deputy Home Minister Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said today.

"We are looking at all angles... including triads, business competition and extremism, as to whether there are links to groups like the IS (Islamic State), which do not like such things (nightclubs)," Wan Junaidi told journalists at the Parliament lobby this afternoon.
