RM1.2b from Israel - cops would have swooped on DAP

YOURSAY | ‘If you need to tell lies, get a more intelligent person to do it.’

MyKMU: DAP must explain RM1.2b said to be from Israel

Odin Tajué: The GE13 was held close to three years ago, and sacked DAP member Mohamed Razali Abd Rahman is said to have made police reports on the matter of the RM1.2 billion and of 17 DAP members supposedly having been trained by Israel in Singapore.

Today is Jan 20, 2016. How is it that the police still have found no proof to charge anyone from the DAP? The inability of the police to do so clearly indicates that the claims were baseless.

On Jan 9, a pro-Umno website reported that PAS research director Dr Mohd Zuhdi Marzuki said he would publicise evidence to support its allegation of a RM1.2 billion fund from Israel to the DAP to win the GE13 and in return to allow Israel to build a military base in Malaysia. Today is Jan 20. Where is the evidence, Zuhdi?

Documentary proof exists to show that RM2.9 billion (at today's exchange rate) was transferred to Najib Abdul Razak's personal bank accounts. In addition, RM42 million was transferred by SRC International indirectly to his accounts.

These sums are not likely to be donations. They are possibly monies illicitly appropriated from, in essence, Malaysians.

Therefore, even if the DAP has indeed received RM1.2 billion from Israel, the money was not stolen from Malaysians. That is the big difference that those at MyKMU.net are too cretinous to see.

Oxymoronictendencies: There is a huge difference between the alleged "offer" of a donation to a political party as opposed to the actual receipt of cash into PM Najib Razak's personal account, which he claims is a "political donation" to Umno but did not appear in any of the party’s financial statements.

Claiming that Lim Kit Siang/DAP should sue over the unproven allegations is hypocritical, given that Najib has failed to sue after evidence shows he certainly received the money.

I have yet to meet anyone who believes Najib’s ‘no strings attached’ donation story. To establish any credence to this act of unbelievable generosity, surely Najib at the very least should provide detailed and auditable accounting of how the RM2.6 billion has been spent.

Saya Pun Nak Cari Makan: MyKMU, accusing DAP of receiving RM1.2 billion from Israel merely shows how idiotic you are. Why do I say that you are absolutely stupid?

1) No sane Isareli has that much of money to give Lim Kit Siang, much less to a party which has absolutely no chance to rule Malaysia. Only an out-of-the-world Arab can donate such astronomical sum to Najib.

2) Your claim that, in consideration of the donation, DAP would allow the Israelis to build a military base further confirm your IQ way below that of a baboon.

It would be foolhardy for them to build a military base in the midst of sworn enemies. They have to contend with Indonesia, Brunei and last but not least Muslims in this country. If indeed Israel wanted a military base, Malaysia would definitely not be on their list.

As always the case, if you need to tell lies, get a more intelligent person to do it. Stupid lies like that would only make you look like a fool.

Anonymous #19098644: This is obviously another fitnah by the Umno-linked portal.

If there is even the faintest proof, the entire police, special branch, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Bank Negara and Attorney-General's Chambers would have slapped the DAP with multiple charges, and the party would have been dissolved by now.

Speechless: MyKMU.net needs to learn something very basic: that you can't prove the negative. If you did not take money from someone, you can't actually prove that you did not take it.

On the contrary, if you accuse someone of taking money illegally, you can prove it by showing documents, video recordings, etc.

As the accuser, if you can't prove what you accuse others of, then you are either lying or you are making reckless and unfounded allegations. Get it, MyKMU.net?

Existential Turd: Indeed, where's the proof? If they have proof to the allegation, wouldn't they give it to the government to investigate?

Instead, they made up an allegation and ask the accused to prove that he is innocent. These people clearly do not understand the law. It is up to the plaintiff to prove a crime, not the defendant.

Otherwise, we can just as well accuse Najib for embezzling RM100 billion and challenge him to prove that he is innocent.

Anonymous #64627787: You remember the time when you needed to have your mummy to accompany you to the toilet? Yes?

You had a fight in the park. Your friend claimed that you stole her lunch box? Instead of showing proof that you didn't steal her lunch box, you challenge her to prove first that she didn't steal another person's lunch box.

You went home proud as a peacock because she couldn't prove that, and until she could, you wouldn't have to prove you didn't steal.

Played this mind game before?
