Kedah MB and Malacca CM cut from the same cloth

YOURSAY | ‘The only one who made a lot sense in this stupid ‘sandiwara’ is Anifah.’

Kedah MB: Foreign intervention a hidden agenda to topple leader

Hang Babeuf: Some foreigners may be trying to penetrate and influence the minds of some Malays. But they will never get anywhere with this dolt Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah, or Malacca's Idris Haron or most Umno notables.

They have no functioning minds that can be penetrated, tricked, manipulated. What they have upstairs is only "empty real estate", they are a totally "vacant lot".

Anonymous Hotplate: Kedah MB Ahmad Bashah still do not know that it is the idiots from our country who allegedly stole money from our people and went to foreign countries to invest and amass properties and wealth by using foreign banks.

Money donated is from foreign country and money stolen is taken into foreign countries, so how can foreign countries not involved?

Fnazo: The Malacca CM and Kedah MB should substantiate their allegation by specifying what intervention they are referring to?

Odin Tajue: Ahmad Bashah, your statement indicates you are stupid or completely clueless as to the US Department of Justice’s (DOJ's) lawsuit.

Either that or you think the people you have addressed yourself to are stupid. But if you asked me, the former is more likely to be the case.

Existential Turd: What is so bad about outside influence? Indeed, PM Najib Razak has no qualms receiving "donations" from the Middle East and selling the nation’s infrastructures and lands to foreign companies.

In fact, by all accounts, the British colonial period is more civil, professional and less corrupted than the current government.

ANA: Ahmad Bashah, which foreign country is intervening in the management and administration of Malaysia? Please name them.

Have you spoken with the foreign minister? He said there was no interference by foreigners.

The issue is simple. Read the DOJ complaint. The monies were allegedly stolen from 1MDB and used by crooks for their selfish greed.

In the US, the movement of dirty (stolen) money through the US financial system is a crime.

The US does not look the other way over such matters and are determined that corrupt persons and their merry gangs do not use the US as a haven for their illicit wealth.

The US has said the seized assets will be held on trust for the people of Malaysia. You should rejoice.

How do you have a problem with the US taking civil (and criminal is on its way) action for crimes committed in its jurisdiction?

Mamadias: Yes, the only one who made a lot sense in this stupid ‘sandiwara’ is Foreign Minister Anifah Aman.

The rest are addressing the Umno clan that is either ignorant or acting stupid on the matter. I really pity the rural Malays because they are kept ignorant by the alleged thieves in Umno.

Tan Kim Keong: Yet another asinine and boot-licking leader. Anifah just disputed Najib and others who are asserting the claim about foreign intervention.

He said that there is no foreign intervention because the US is investigating the matter of illicit transactions that happened in their country.

Is the DOJ investigating transactions that happened in Malaysia?

Drngsc: Indeed, no foreign nation is interfering. Our PM decided to set up an investment fund and part of the money from the fund was channelled through US before being allegedly placed in the PM's personal account.

Some of the money was allegedly used to buy properties, pay gambling debts, and make movies in the US.

The US is investigating all the money that was said to be stolen and used in US. They are not interfering in Malaysia.

They are only trying to recover our money from the suspected thieves who stole them - in the US. They will then return the money to Malaysia. In fact, on this matter, US is helping us.

Legit: I do not believe Ahmad Bashah understood one word in the DOJ report and I don't think he has any clue about the 1MDB scandal or the RM2.6 billion issue.

He must have slept through it all. What is his educational qualification again? I feel really sorry for the Kedah folks.

Vent: It is patently clear that the Malacca CM and now the Kedah MB want to book their seats on the gravy train before it stops.

It’s a clear sign of the desperate times we live in, and their desperateness.

Cogito Ergo Sum: What is the criteria for being an MB in a BN state? It must be he who comes up with the most appealing nonsense to explain the DOJ actions.

It's a photo finish among all of you.
