The organisers of last Saturday’s “Love Malaysia, End Kleptocracy” rally have lodged a police report over claims that some of their phones had been hacked prior to the rally.

Rally secretariat deputy director Howard Lee claimed two threatening text messages were sent to “random people” from phone numbers belonging to secretariat members Medaline Chang and Chin Pei Chi.

One of the messages read “We want your money, f*** you”, while the other said “We have your picture, pay me money”...
