Felda Investment Corporation (FIC) is mulling taking legal action Rafizi Ramli, after the PKR vice-president alleged that the firm established a new company to obscure the fact that it did not own one of its hotels in London.

Felda chairperson Shahrir Samad said action needed to be taken as Rafizi's accusations were no small matter.
