Amid the dispute over Wisma Tok Guru in Kelantan, four Amanah members have succeeded in striking out an application by PAS and its Batu division chief Azhar Yahya to be parties in a legal tussle over a Kuala Lumpur property.

The property in question was once used by Batu PAS division, but its usage came into question after some Batu PAS office bearers left for Amanah.

The High Court in Kuala Lumpur today ruled that Md Mansor Ali, the plaintiff, was the trustee and owner of the said property.

Justice Ahmad Zaidi Ibrahim ruled that Azhar and PAS do not have the locus standi to be parties in the suit. They were ordered to pay RM3,000 in costs to the four defendants.
