UMNO AGM | A Wanita Umno delegate had one question to ask fellow Umno delegates at the party's general assembly today: "Who is not afraid of their wife?"

While debating the Umno president's speech, Pagoh Wanita Umno chief Noriah Mahat expressed hope that the proposal for a quota of at least 30 percent female senators in the Dewan Negara will turn into reality after the next general election.

She is confident, however, that Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak will fulfill his promise, after reiterating the call for more women senators this week.
