PKR slams police inaction on Wangsa Maju dubious voters report

The police have been slammed by PKR for their inaction over reports on 1,429 dubious entries in the Wangsa Maju electoral roll.

PKR treasurer-general Tan Yee Kew said she  accompanied Wangsa Maju voter S Raveentheran, who lodged four police reports last August, October and November at the Wangsa Maju police headquarters.

Aside from taking a statement from Raveentheran, Tan said, police have failed to inform them of any developments in the case.

“There has been no serious action from the police… even though we made the reports five months ago,” she told a press conference at the PKR headquarters in Petaling Jaya today...
