National shuttler Lee Chong Wei has lodged a police report on the sex video that went viral online which allegedly involves him, China Press reported today.

Lee turned up at the Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) headquarters at Bukit Aman at 3pm yesterday.

This was after he claimed his biopic, titled "Lee Chong Wei: Rise of the Legend", which would be making its world premiere on March 9 at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil, might court some jealousy and that some were planning to sabotage his movie.

He left CCID three hours later after giving his preliminary statement.

Met by journalists as he was leaving, Lee reiterated that he is not the person in the sex video.

Looking very relaxed, Lee also asked the journalists whether he looked like the man in the clip.

CCID principal assistant director (Cybercrime and Multimedia Investigations), Ahmad Noordin Ismail, confirmed that Lee lodged a report and that he wanted the police to investigate the matter.

A search for “Lee Chong Wei sex video” on the internet showed numerous websites claiming to have the video on their respective sites.
