'When? When do you want GE14?' teases Najib
Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak has asked Malaysians when they want the general election to be.
"When, when, when do you want it?" Najib queried back at media personnel who had asked him when the general election will be held.
When probed further on whether he has made a decision on the matter, Najib responded yet again with "when do you want it?" to laughter from those around him at MCA's Chinese New Year celebrations in Kuala Lumpur today...

Pressed further on whether he has made a decision on the matter, Najib responded yet again with "When do you want it?"
This drew laughter from those around him at MCA's Chinese New Year "open house" celebrations at their party headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today.
There had been speculation that Najib will dissolve Parliament after the Chinese New Year celebrations to pave way for the 14th general election.
According to a letter from Dewan Rakyat secretary Roosme Hamzah, the first sitting of the 2018 session of Parliament has been scheduled from March 5 to April 5.
Najib previously said the 14th general election will be held before Hari Raya Aidiladha celebrations which fall in August.
The present BN government’s term ends on June 24. The general election must be called the latest by August.
