Former Bank Negara Malaysia governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz was spotted arriving at the Bersatu headquarters this morning.

This occurred during a Pakatan Harapan presidential council meeting held at the same building, where the coalition leadership is expected to be discussing the cabinet line-up.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad announced that they would set up 10 ministries immediately and name the ministers by today.

In a press conference later, Mahathir announced Zeti as part of a 'council of elders' which will assist the new government in its first 100 days.

Other members of the council are former finance minister Daim Zainuddin, former Petronas president Mohd Hassan Merican, tycoon Robert Kuok, and economist Jomo Kwame Sundaram.
