100 DAYS | Malaysiakini has created a multimedia timeline to explore the Pakatan Harapan government's first 100 days in power.

The timeline highlights key events for the new government - its trials, achievements and fumbles - from May 9 to Aug 16.

Explore the multitude of events that happened within the first week of the Harapan government, such as Dr Mahathir Mohamad being sworn in for his second premiership tenure; Najib Abdul Razak's resignation as Umno-BN chief; the declassification of the auditor-general's 1MDB report and Harapan de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim's royal pardon, just to name a few.

The timeline also follows the development of events surrounding the 1MDB and SRC International scandals, including the raids on Najib-linked properties, the former premier's arrest, and the arrival of the superyacht Equanimity at Port Klang.

Other moments include the various financial exposes made public by Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng.

The timeline also follows the suspension and scrapping of various projects, such as the MRT3 circle line, East Coast Rail Link, and Suria Strategic Energy Resources (SSER) pipelines.

You can explore the timeline, which is also available in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, here.
