Ku Nan charged again for accepting RM2m from businessperson

Former federal territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor was today charged again at the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur for accepting RM2 million from a businessperson

The Putrajaya lawmaker and former Umno secretary-general claimed trial.

This followed deputy public prosecutor Julia Ibrahim asking for a discharge not amounting to an acquittal to the same charge as the prosecution wanted separate trials for this case and another case, where Tengku Adnan was also charged with graft...
