Bersatu Youth chief pushes back against calls to purge opposition

BERSATU AGM | Bersatu Youth chief Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman has pushed back against calls by party delegates to purge their political opponents.

Speaking during his winding-up speech at the Bersatu annual general assembly in Putrajaya today, he noted that two delegates had said that the opposition should be afforded no room whatsoever.

"We cannot be so extreme in our rivalry to an extent that we forget the national agenda...
