Azmin reminds Najib of trollies full of loot

On Thursday, Najib had got the ball rolling by posting a photograph of himself at Tesco's Semenyih outlet with the caption "Guys. I can confirm. RM50 won't fill up a trolly. What should we do with Pakatan Harapan?"
At a ceramah in Semenyih last night, Azmin urged voters not be taken in Najib's remarks, reminding them of another "trolly incident" last year...

At a ceramah in Semenyih last night, Azmin urged voters not be taken in Najib's remarks, reminding them of another "trolly incident" last year.
"He was pushing the trolly alone. Where was that 'other' person?" asked Azmin, as the audience burst into laughter.
"Don't be influenced by him. Pity him for pushing a trolly. Several months we saw trollies full of handbags and cash."
Azmin was referring to the infamous haul of 248 handbags and 72 suitcases filled with cash and valuables by the police from condominium units linked to Najib shortly after the last general election.
The police, who seized the items in connection with investigations into the 1MDB scandal, had resorted to using shopping trollies to cart the evidence into a truck.
The former premier maintains his innocence over all 1MDB-related charges.
Azmin also took a dig at Najib for still insisting on calling himself "Bossku" (my boss) despite the latter's tainted history.
"(However,) the people in Semenyih are good and mature. The youth have principles.
"We will face this issue calmly because we are Selangorians," he said.
Azmin said the Selangor government has done much for the voters in Semenyih, including providing affordable housing priced below RM100,000.
Azmin was speaking at the launch of the Pakatan Harapan Youth election headquarters last night.
The Semenyih by-election campaign begins today.
