Anwar's aide breaks silence, and 9 things that happened yesterday

1. Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, an aide of PKR president Anwar Ibrahim, broke his silence and denied that he was behind the recent sex video scandal engulfing the party. He also said Anwar's deputy Mohamed Azmin Ali should resign if he was involved.

2. Anwar, however, disagreed with Farhash, and urged PKR members to adhere to proper channels and to leave the investigation to the police.

3. Police confirmed that they recorded Azmin’s statement, and that they have wrapped up a separate investigation into a complaint of assault by Farhash in Anwar's office.
