Cops probe man who accused PAS leader of 'dirty talk'
Police have started a probe on an individual who alleged in his Facebook that a central PAS leader had been involved in "dirty talk" via a messaging application.
Hulu Selangor deputy police chief Ridzuan Khalid said that the investigation was launched after a senior leader of NGO Pertubuhan Pendokong dan Pencinta Ulamak (Ustaz Gang) filed a report against Facebook user Alexander Pittsuwan Thomprason.

Hulu Selangor deputy police chief Ridzuan Khalid said that the investigation was launched after a senior leader of NGO Pertubuhan Pendokong dan Pencinta Ulamak (Ustaz Gang) filed a report against Facebook user Alexander Pittsuwan Thomprason.
Ridzuan said the report was filed at Serendah police station yesterday, and that the police had recorded the 57-year-old complainant's statement.
He said the Facebook user claimed that the leader was involved in "dirty talk" with someone known as "Leena."
"The complainant, however, did not explain in detail on the alleged conversation because he was disgusted by the content.
"The complainant also reported that the Facebook user had invented the said conversation."
Ridzuan added that the police had sought help from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to obtain details on the owner of the Facebook account.
The investigation is being carried out under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act (CMA) 1998, and Section 505 (b) of the Penal Code for publishing and circulating rumours likely to cause fear or alarm to the public.
Malaysiakini has been trying to reach the PAS leader since last week.
The administrator of the leader's Facebook account said there was a police report lodged concerning the allegation, but no details were furnished.
On June 24, the leader said he had to block and change to a new mobile number as another party had used the number without his knowledge.
Alexander, in his Facebook posting yesterday, said that he was ready to go to court over the allegation.
