The Batu Pahat Information Department released a daily list of locations in the district that have recorded Covid-19 positive cases. This is the list from yesterday:

The management of this condominium issued a notice to residents yesterday, saying that another Covid-19 positive case has been detected at the premises.

The notice sighted by Malaysiakini said the latest incident involved a child who lives at Block C with his/her family. The child was previously identified as close contact to a daycare centre teacher.

Following this, the management has ordered the family to undergo quarantine. 

Immediate sanitisation at all common areas has been conducted, and they are also engaging a vendor to carry out professional disinfection works.

The management of this condominium issued a notice earlier today, notifying that a resident at Block C has been tested positive for Covid-19.

According to the notice sighted by Malaysiakini, they have arranged for sanitisation works to be conducted at the block, including on its elevators, corridors and elevator lobbies.

- Bandar Raub Perdana, Raub, Pahang

The government announced today that this residential area will be placed under the enhanced movement control order for 14 days beginning tomorrow until Feb 25, 2021.

Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob told a press conference that the decision was made based on the Health Ministry's advice.

This came after authorities identified 75 individuals as close contacts to a positive Covid-19 case. From the number, 40 has been tested. Of these 35 were found to be Covid-19 negative. The remaining five others are waiting for their test results.

- The Sarawak Disaster Management Committee releases a daily list of locations visited by Covid-19 patients days before testing positive. Below is the latest list:

- Al Rajhi Bank, Wisma Golden Eagle Realty, Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur

An employee at this bank branch was confirmed positive for Covid-19 today, according to a notice sent out by the financial institution to its staff members.

The notice, sighted by Malaysiakini, stated that the employee started feeling ill last week, and got tested for the virus due to fever-like symptoms.

Following this, all other staff members who had close contact with the individual have been ordered to undergo self-quarantine for 10 days.

- Pasar Taman Rejang, Sibu, Sarawak

Several people who tested positive with Covid-19 had visited this market on Jan 27, Jan 31, Feb 6 and Feb 7.

This is according to a list released by the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee yesterday.

- Pasar Grand Height, Sibu, Sarawak

Several people who tested positive for Covid-19 positive had visited this market on Jan 30, Feb 6 and Feb 7.

This is according to a list released by the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee yesterday.

- Taman Damai Market, Sibu, Sarawak

An individual who visited this market between 9.29am and 10am on Feb 2 has tested positive for Covid-19.

This is according to a list released by the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee yesterday.
