The Communications Ministry has stressed that the Application for Foreign Filming and Performance by Foreign Artiste (Puspal) guidelines sets the dress code for performing artistes and does not involve dress codes for concert goers.

The Puspal committee issued the clarification after The Star’s "New directive sets dress, conduct rules for concert" report yesterday.
