A Standard Four pupil was found unconscious in a school toilet yesterday and was later pronounced dead at a private medical centre in Seremban.

Negeri Sembilan police chief Alzafny Ahmad said a report on the incident was received at 1.19pm, when the 10-year-old victim was undergoing initial treatment at the medical centre.
