Even with no elected representatives over the past decade and an ongoing recovery from internal turmoil, the People’s Progressive Party (PPP) has indicated readiness to contest the next 16th general election.

In an interview with New Straits Times, PPP president Loga Bala Mohan said the party is prepared to “offer strength” to BN, or finally forge its own path.
