Najib wins again
Najib Abdul Razak won his fourth court battle on Monday.
The Court of Appeal ruled 2-1 to allow his appeal for leave to commence a judicial review at the High Court.
The review is to compel the home minister and the government to enforce the alleged decree by the previous Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
The victory has also led to calls from Umno for the current Agong to grant Najib a full pardon.

Addendum conspiracy
As part of the Court of Appeal hearing, a letter from the Pahang palace was produced affirming that Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah had issued an addendum granting Najib house arrest.
This has led to accusations that there are those in the government who conspired to hide the addendum.
However, Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said his ministry and the Prisons Department did not receive the addendum.
They only received Sultan Abdullah's decree reducing Najib's prison sentence and fine.
Additionally, government lawyers said the addendum was not discussed when the Pardons Board convened on Jan 29 last year.

Madani on the rocks?
Umno leaders and members defied the party's orders not to attend the solidarity rally for Najib on Monday.
Meanwhile, Perikatan Nasional is amping up its fight for Najib.
The move could help shift pro-Najib Umno grassroots support towards PN.
If this happens, it could lead to instability as Umno seeks to placate its members.
