Two seats for Chow as Guan Eng plans Penang ‘succession’

GE14 | Though seemingly at odds with the party's policy of not fielding candidates in more than one seat, Penang DAP chief Chow Kon Yeow will be an exception for “succession planning,” according to caretaker chief minister and party secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
