RANTAU POLLS | Independent candidate R Malar for the Rantau by-election was stopped from entering a PKR event tonight to pass her manifesto to party president Anwar Ibrahim.

She turned up at the 20th-anniversary celebrations of PKR in Pekan Rantau, but was stopped by cops and PKR members.
