The Kuala Lumpur High Court has allowed the application by Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin and three others to strike out a suit by Dr Mahathir Mohamad and four others.

Mahathir and the other plaintiffs were suing over their alleged wrongful termination from Bersatu.
