MACC has acknowledged that tracing fugitive businessperson Adlan Berhan’s assets overseas is complex and time-consuming, as it involves cooperation with foreign authorities.

Its chief commissioner, Azam Baki, said the investigation into Adlan’s identified assets will continue only if they are directly linked to the case under probe.
