Nasrudin Hassan
's post "Apa beza Kidex dan Penang tunnel" (What is the difference between Kidex and Penang tunnel?) on Aug 6 was published at the height of the Selangor menteri besar crisis.
During the crisis, PAS clashed with DAP and PKR over the proposal that Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail replaces Khalid Ibrahim.
Recently, some quarters had reported that Lim had
dropped
the suit against Nasrudin (

).
Lim's lawyer Mureli Navaratnam said the writ and statement of claim were filed and served on all parties on Aug 20.
"During the case management, it was brought to our attention that we had inadvertently omitted signing the writ.
"In the light of the technical error on our part, we have apologised to the CM," Mureli said in a statement.
With the consent of Nasrudin's solicitors and to avoid unnecessary delay, he said, the writ was withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
He said his firm has since corrected the error and refiled the writ, together with a statement of claim.
"The case papers will be served on Nasrudin's solicitors once they are extracted from the honourable court.
"The regrettable incident does not affect CM's legal suit against Nasrudin and the defamation action against Nasrudin is still ongoing," Mureli added.
Lim had declined to comment, saying he would leave the matter to his lawyer.
