Property Tsunami – What do investors really want?

Property Tsunami – What do investors really want?

The political climate of Malaysia is indeed very much exciting with unpredictable changes and who is next to helm the country. As much as you like or don’t like anything about politics, we as investors know that this political climate will shape the upcoming property and economy outlook of Malaysia. Will the real estate industry be as vibrant as the wave of changes during the 2008 wind of change or will it be a tsunami this year where it coincides with the country General Election? Post General Election 13, what are the policy changes in the real estate industry that will affect house buyers? What will the forecast be in terms of pricing, location and timing for purchasing a property? What are the things that you should know and beware of that you don’t even know as a property buyer? Will the property prices maintain or lowered or will there be a tsunami of changes that will alter the landscape of property investing in Malaysia?

Education, Empowerment & Enrichment are the keys words in our Property Investment Talk 2013. ‘Educate’ oneself with knowledge; ‘Empower’ oneself with the ’know-how’ and the intricacies and hence finally ‘Enrich’ yourself with all the fruits of a successful investment.

Are you interested in Property Investment? The fact that you are reading this right now tells us that you are indeed passionate about building your investment portfolio with a stable and able vehicle, which is via properties. Indeed, we are as passionate as you in terms of investing in properties and we know exactly what you want to know and need to know in the era of information.
