OFFICES

- Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

An occupant on Level 32 of this office building has tested positive for Covid-19, said a Dec 17 notice by Q Sentral management.

It said that the affected individual's last entry to the building was on Dec 16.

Sanitisation of affected office unit, elevators, lobbies, corridors, toilets, and turnstile areas are being conducted, it added.


RESIDENCES

- Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur

A resident at Jalan Puncak Setiawangsa 1 tested positive for Covid-19 today.

According to a notification received by residents there, the affected person said he has been taken to Sungai Buloh Hospital for treatment.

His family members, meanwhile, will be undergoing self-quarantine while awaiting further instructions from the health authorities.

- Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya, Selangor

A resident of Block J has tested positive for Covid-19, the management said in a notice last night (Dec 19).

Necessary measures such as disinfecting possible contaminated areas and offering practical assistance to residents of the unit have been taken, it added.  

- RES280 Condominium, Selayang, Selangor

The condominium management issued a notice yesterday (Dec 19) saying that a resident at Level 15 tested positive for Covid-19.

According to China Press, the management said that they were engaging outsourced professionals to carry out disinfection works at common areas of the condominium, including elevators.

- Residensi Henge, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

Two residents at Block E of this condominium on Jalan Metro Perdana Barat have tested positive for Covid-19, according to a management notice yesterday.

The notice, which was confirmed as legit by the Kepong DAP branch, stated that other family members of the patients would be quarantined at their unit as per advice by the Health Ministry.

They have also engaged services from a professional sanitisation company to clean possible affected areas.


BUSINESSES

- Econsave Cash & Carry in Forest Height, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

According to a report by Utusan Malaysia, a positive Covid-19 case has been detected at this supermarket.

It quoted the company's Facebook post, which said that a supplier who visited the outlet on Dec 14 had since been tested positive for the virus.

Following the incident, Econsave Cash & Carry was closed for sanitisation works, and workers there were ordered to undergo a 10-day quarantine. They will be replaced by another team temporarily.
