March 19, 2015 – Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) was all geared up for this year’s MATTA Fair KL taking place at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur on March 13 to 15, 2015. Located at Hall 1, MGTO showcased the latest and most exclusive trends of Macau.


 
This year MGTO’s vibrant and innovative booth was designed to give maximum exposure of Macau’s unique blend of fusion culture and to highlight Macau as one of Lonely Planet’s top 10 regions to visit this 2015. 


 
Under the theme “Step Out, Experience Macau's Communities”, a total of eight walking tour routes are now presented for visitors’ choice. Encouraging visitors to explore different neighborhoods, the routes are expected to balance visitor trends around Macau and foster community tourism. 
 
A themed guidebook (in Traditional and Simplified Chinese language) about “Step Out, Experience Macau's Communities” walking tour routes is also available.

Visitors can obtain the printed guidebook for free from local hotels or MGTO’s Tourist Information counters in Macau or download on MGTO’s website:
http://www.macautourism.gov.mo .  There is also a mobile App for both Android & iOS coming soon. 
 
Macau is on the road for another milestone as over 20 hotels and thousands of new hotel rooms are under construction. Macau is already a destination with one of the most vibrant scenes of the world and is continuing the development and evaluation of this dynamic destination.
