'PD Move': PKR optimistic despite possibility of low turnout

PKR is optimistic about Anwar Ibrahim's chances in Port Dickson, despite the trend of low voter turnout post-GE14.

Three by-elections – Sungai Kandis, Seri Setia and Balakong – all saw a turnout of less than 50%.

The party's deputy president candidate Rafizi Ramli said the low-turnout factor will be taken into account, but it was not a reason to halt the by-election plans...
